The application is filed for cancellation of relief of anticipatory bail granted by this Court. The submissions made by learned counsel for the applicant show that the original complainant has grievance about the document like receipt shown to be issued by Agrasen Constructions that it is a forged document and it was used in a proceeding filed for quashing of the criminal proceeding itself in High Court. The submissions made show that the complainant wants to prove that after getting the

-:(2):- relief of anticipatory bail this so called forged document was created by the respondents accused. This Court has expressed that such inquiry cannot be done by this Court and the applicant will have to show grounds either for cancellation of the relief on the ground of breach of conditions or for setting aside the order. As the order was made by this Court itself, there is no question of setting aside the order made by this Court. If the applicant wants to challenge the order made by this Court he will have to challenge it in Supreme Court. 2.

Learned counsel for the Applicants, on instructions, submits that he wants to withdraw the application. The application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the applicants to take proper steps.
