Civil Application No. 8309 of 2019 will be considered along with the First Appeals.

Parties to file private paper book within four weeks. Call for the Record and Proceedings, if it is not already received. The First Appeals will be decided finally at the stage of admission, after receipt of the Record and Proceedings.
