PER COURT :- The learned APP appearing for the State informs on instructions from the Superintendent of Police, Ahmednagar that in pursuance to the information lodged by the petitioner on 20.8.2015, after due enquiry, an offence has been registered against the accused on 23.3.2016.

In view of registration of FIR against the accused on the basis of information lodged by the petitioner, the grievance raised in the instant Contempt Petition stands redressed. The Contempt Petition stands disposed of.
