The petitioner who claims to be a minority institute is awaiting decision by the respondent no.1 for setting up a new B.Sc. Nursing College under the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik. 3.

It is being pointed out from the perspective plan of the university that it would not be applicable to the minority institute. Even the query has been attempted to be responded to by the petitioner and a comprehensive proposal has been forwarded to the respondent o.1 on 14.02.2023 Exhibit-D.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is merely seeking direction to the respondent no.1 to take appropriate decision on this communication.
