During hearing of this revision application, Mr. M.D. Joshi, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that without going into the merit of the case, considering the professional matter involved in the present proceeding, the petitioner without admitting any contention, is willing to withdraw the present revision application. He, therefore, submits that the petitioner may be allowed to withdraw the present civil revision application.

Considering the relationship that existed between the petitioner and the respondents, the petitioner is allowed to withdraw the present civil revision application. The revision application accordingly stands disposed of.
