The learned counsel submits that the validation proceeding is pending since the year 2016. Even vigilance is conducted in the year 2017. No further notice is issued to the petitioner. The petitioner wants to appear for NEET examination.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 27.03.2018. On the said date, the petitioner may get the copy of the vigilance report and shall file his say within eight (8) days. The Committee shall decide the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner by end of May - 2018. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs. [ A. M.
