ORAL ORDER :

The present application was filed with a prayer for dispensing with the personal appearance of the Government official. The concerned Government official was called upon to attend this Court on the backdrop of the fact that in spite of opportunities granted to the State Government, affidavit-in-reply was not filed within reasonable period. The learned Government Pleader submits before this Court that the affidavit-in-reply is filed on behalf of the respondents No.1 to 3, 4, 7 and 9 through

C.A. No.3779/2017 (( 2 )) Ms Alka Ahirrao, Superintending Engineer, Administrator of Command Area Development Authority, Ahmednagar. As the affidavit-in-reply is filed in the petition, the learned Government Pleader submits that, the petition would be contested by the State on merits, as well with reference to the affidavit-in-reply filed in this Court.

The purpose for calling upon the Government official and directing the Government official to remain present in this Court is now served. As such, the present Civil Application is disposed of.
