PER COURT :- The applicants pray for granting extension of time to comply with the directions of this Court dated 1.3.2019. Learned AGP for the respondent does not oppose. As such, the directions set-out in the order dated 1.3.2019, shall be complied with on or before 25.3.2019.

After the compliance, as directed, issue notice to respondent Nos.6-B,6-C and 6-G, returnable on 30.4.2019. In CA No.3268/19, the applicant prays that, notice to respondent No.4-C may be reissued, so as to serve the same on the said respondent by paper publication. As such, the Civil Application is allowed.

Issue notice to respondent No.4-C in writ petition, returnable on 30.4.2019. The petitioner shall have the notice published in Marathi Daily Punyanagari, Latur edition, at least 15 days prior to the returnable date, in this matter and copy of the news paper shall be placed on record.
