1] The applicant - original petitioner desires to place on record documents, which are at page nos.6 to 19 of the civil application.

2] Shri Bajaj, learned Advocate for the non-applicants opposes the said application contending that the documents are irrelevant.

3] In the light of the above and for the reasons set out in the application, the same is allowed. The

CA 3320/16 in WP 6535/14 - 2 - applicant - petitioner shall place on record the documents from page nos.6 to 19 in this civil application alongwith a short affidavit, within one week from today. Thereafter, the respondents shall be at liberty to file an additional affidavit in reply if deemed fit and proper.
