The petitioners seek inter district transfer. The learned counsel for petitioners submits that, the petitioners are working in tribal area for more than seventeen years. Every time their claim for transfer is not considered.

The Divisional Commissioner has also passed an order in favour of the petitioners, still transfers are not effectuated. In fact, the petitioners are not required to file online applications, still the petitioners have filed online applications on 09th February, 2020. 2.

The respondents are bound to consider the claim of the petitioners for transfer from tribal to non tribal area considering seniority of the petitioners officiating in the tribal area. The

2 wp 3747.19 petitioners have already filed online applications. The respondents shall consider the case of the petitioners for inter district transfer as per their seniority during the ensuing general transfer for the academic year 2020-2021.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
