The learned A.G.P. has tendered across the Bar a compilation of five pages which pertain to a mutation entry being carried out in favour of the petitioners. The same is taken on record and marked as 'X-1' for identification. According to the learned A.G.P., this Court can dispose off the petition since the grievance of the petitioners is redressed and the relief that they were seeking, has already been granted to them.

Considering the law laid down recently by the Honourable Apex Court on 06/07/2021 in the matter of Ripudaman Singh Vs. Tikka Maheshwar Chand, 2021 SCC OnLine SC 457 and in view of 'X-1' compilation, the learned Advocate for the petitioners submits on instructions that the petitioners are satisfied with 'X-1'. They do not desire to press this petition and pray that this petition may be disposed off in the light of 'X-1' compilation.

As such, this petition is disposed off in view of 'X-1' compilation.
