ORDER:- 1.

Heard rival submissions. The respective applicants are seeking withdrawal of the entire amounts of compensation, which have been deposited by the Acquiring Body alongwith the interest accrued thereon. It appears that the Acquiring Body has not deposited the entire amounts, but only part of it. 2.

However, This Court, in other connected matters, vide order dated 21.11.2022, has already permitted the applicants therein to withdraw the entire deposited compensation amounts. As such, the applicants herein are also permitted to withdraw their entire deposited amounts of compensation alongwith the interest accrued thereon till date on usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
