The learned AGP and Respondent No.2, vehemently opposed this petition contending that the same Petitioner preferred Writ Petition No.10693/2021 before a Coordinate Bench of this Court (Coram : Mangesh S. Patil & S.G. Chapalgaonkar, JJ.), who have dismissed the Writ Petition as withdrawn to avail of a statutory remedy, vide the order dated 02.03.2023. 3.

The learned advocate for the Petitioners submits that there is no statutory remedy available.

The learned AGP submits that the Petitioner can rely upon Section 64 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 and initiate such proceeding. 5.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed in view of the order dated 02.03.2023.
