ORDER:

Issue notice to the respondents. Learned Assistant Government Pleader waives service of notice for all the respondents. It is submitted that, the validation proceeding is pending since March-2016. The vigilance is not yet conducted and the employer is insisting for submission of validity certificate or else the further action would be taken and has issued notice to that effect. 2.

Considering the fact that the validation proceeding is pending, we pass the following order.

ORDER

(i) The respondent No. 3 - Committee shall decide the validation proceedings expeditiously, preferably within six months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. (ii) The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 02.04.2018.

(iii) The respondent No. 2 shall not take adverse action against the petitioner only on the ground that the validation proceeding is pending.

(iv) Respondents can take further course of action depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the Committee in the validation proceeding.
