This pertains to the construction of the percolation tank No.1 at Bhayjali, Taluka Dharur, Dist. Beed vide file No.LNQ/SR/83/05. The possession of the land of the Petitioner has been taken on 25/03/2003. Joint measurement has been conducted and a Notification under Section 4(1) of the erstwhile Land Acquisition Act, 1894 has been published. It is informed that Respondent No.2 has called for a proposal from Respondent No.3, which has not been tendered.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off, with a direction to Respondent No.3, to tender the proposal to the

5386.22wp (2) District Collector, Beed within 60 days from today, if not already tendered. Thereafter, the District Collector, Beed shall initiate steps as are prescribed in law and the proceedings under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 shall be concluded within the timeline, as is prescribed thereunder.
