This is speaking to the minutes to the judgment and order dated 17.12.2025.

It is brought to my notice that the rate quoted in operative part clause 'B' in respect of First Appeal No. 2494/2022 should be 'Rs. 3750/- per R' instead of 'Rs. 5111/- per R' and First Appeal No. 1376/2023 needs to be deleted from clause 'B', because in the subsequent clause 'C' the self-same appeal has already been mentioned.

The mistakes are typographical and needs to be corrected. 4.

In operative part clause 'B' of the judgment and order shall be replaced as follows :
