Both the writ petitions are arising out of rejection of change report bearing Nos.127 of 1996 and 291 of 1998. Both the change reports were filed for taking on record the changes for the period of 1996-1998 and 1998-2000. It is further submitted that the change reports filed

Ethape ( 2 ) 35-WP-3826-2025 thereafter bearing Change Report Nos.105 of 2001, 19 of 2003, 289 of 2005, 1268 of 2008, 900 of 2009, 564 of 2011 and 373 of 2015 have been decided and accepted. In the present cases, now both the parties i.e. reporting trustees and the objectors are no more. The petitions have thus become only academic.

In view of the same, this court finds that it would be in the interest of justice to dispose of the petitions as infructuous. 4.
