Learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to institute a suit before the civil court. Learned counsel further submits that till the institution of the suit, respondent No.1 be directed not to pay any compensation amount of the land acquired out of plot Nos. 18 and

35. Leave granted with liberty as prayed for. 2.

The petitioners shall institute a suit within a period of one month from today as per the liberty granted by this Court and till that time, respondent No. 1 shall not pay compensation amount of the land acquired out of plot Nos. 18 and 35, to respondent No. 2. 3.

Writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn in the above terms. No costs.
