This is an Appeal filed by the Appellant - Insurance Company under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 against the compensation awarded by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Shrirampur, Dist. Ahmednagar, by Judgment and Award dated 03.07.2020 in Motor Accident Claim Petition No.217 of 2016. 3.

The learned Advocate for the Appellant - Insurance Company tenders across the table a copy of Authority Letter dated 12/09/2025, issued by the Senior Executive (Legal) of the Appellant - Insurance Company instructing the learned Advocate to withdraw the Appeal by stating that, the amount deposited may be allowed to be withdrawn by the Original Claimants unconditionally.

The said Authority Letter is taken on record and marked 'X' for the purpose of identification.

In view of the above, the following order is passed :

ORDER

[i] The First Appeal stands disposed off as withdrawn. [ii] The amount deposited, if any, in this Court by the Appellant - Insurance Company is allowed to be withdrawn by the Original Claimants as per their entitlement, if not withdrawn. [iii] Award be drawn up accordingly.
