We have heard Mr. Ashtekar, the learned Advocate for the petitioner. Learned AGP accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 & 2. 2.

Petitioner seeks benefit of the salary as per 6th Pay Commission. 3.

The petitioner, in such a case, can approach the grievance committee constituted by the university under the provisions of the Maharashtra Public Universities Act.

In the light of that the Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the grievance committee. All contentions of the parties are kept open. No costs.
