In response to the Court's query learned counsel for respondent nos.3 and 4 on instructions has placed on record the communication dated 22nd August, 2022 issued by respondent no.3 to respondent no.5 in the matter of acquisition of the land under Right to Fair Compensation Act, 2013.

The prayer of the petitioner is for acquisition of the land, which is reflected in the aforesaid communication. 3.

Since the proposal is already submitted to respondent no.5, the petition can be conveniently disposed of with following directions:- a. We expect respondent no.5 to complete the acquisition by acting on the proposal of acquisition submitted under the Right to Fair Compensation Act, 2013 by respondent no.3

(2) 928-wp-5383-2022 and take final decision as expeditiously as possible in accordance with the time frame prescribed under the said statute.
