The learned counsel submits that the excavation is carried out by respondent No.4 pursuant to the auction from Gat No.5, 6 and 7. The standing crops on the land of petitioner adjacent to these lands is being damaged as the vehicles are taken from the land of the petitioner. The petitioner made representation to the Collector on 20.02.2021 but no cognizance is taken.

The learned AGP appears for the respondent Nos. 1 to 3. 3.

In case the petitioner has given Application to the respondent No.1 (page No.37) and the same is pending then respondent No.1 shall take cognizance of the said representation of the petitioner and take decision upon it preferably within three weeks.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
