This application is filed for extension of temporary bail on the ground that the applicant's mother, who is 80 years old, is suffering from third stage Cancer of Cervix and requires treatment and further there is no one to look after her.

This Court by order dated 11.03.2024 extended the period of surrender by one week.

The learned advocate for the Applicant tenders across the bar copy of the application submitted to the Dagadusheth Halwai Sarvajanik Ganpati Trust, Pune for financial aid for the treatment of his mother. He also placed on record copy of Medical Laboratory Report of his mother.

In view of the above, the temporary bail granted to the applicant by order dated 13.02.2024 is extended for a further period of one (01) month from today, as a matter of last chance. It is made clear that no further extension will be given. The Applicant shall surrender before the concerned Jail on 19th April, 2024 by 05:00 p.m. 5.

Criminal Application No. 1078 of 2024 is, accordingly, disposed of.
