Perused the order dated 27th July, 2018, passed by this Court. The grievance of the petitioner was of non-compliance of the order of this Court. It is submitted that in spite of order of this Court, the petitioner was not receiving the amount of enhanced compensation already determined on 4th October, 2016. This Court by an order dated 27th July, 2018 directed the acquiring body to pay the amount.

Learned Asstt. Govt. Pleader submits before us that a document to show that the amount is paid to the petitioner Shri Ashok Ramprasad Shinde and there is an endorsement of the petitioner receiving the amount. The said document is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The total amount paid to the petitioner is shown to the tune of Rs.1,82,154/-. Petitioner Shri Ashok Ramprasad Shinde is one of the legal heirs of deceased Dagadu Aba Shinde and the area acquired is 0.26 H. Are out of 1.58 acres of the area acquired.

Considering all the above referred facts, we are of the opinion that the order of this Court is complied with and nothing remains in the petition. The petition is accordingly disposed of.
