Mr. Pulkundwar, the learned Counsel submits that the request of the petitioner is considered and the same is negatived. The petitioner was asked to report at the other place than Naxalite area, but the petitioner refused. According to Mr. Maniyar, learned Counsel for the petitioner the said place is at far distance.

Considering the fact the order of this Court is complied with, though belatedly, the contempt stands purged. 3.
In case the petitioner seeks transfer, the petitioner may apply to the Respondent - Chief Executive officer. In case such request is made, then the Chief Executive Officer may consider it as per the present policy, in accordance with law. 4.
Contempt Petition is disposed of. No costs.
