Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that in Spl.C.S. No. 37 of 2016, the plaintiff's evidence is already recorded and now the defendants' evidence is going on. 3.

Considering that both the Courts below have passed orders against the petitioner, I do not find any reason to interfere with the order passed by both the Courts below. Hence, petition stands disposed of.
