22-04-2022 PER COURT :- By these civil applications, the applicants pray for condonation of delay caused in filing civil applications for restoration of writ petitions dismissed on account of non compliance of the conditional order passed by the learned Registrar of this Court dated 28.01.2019 and 15.04.2019. 2.
Learned counsel for the applicants states that the civil
949-CA-5974,5985-22.odt applications could not be filed earlier for the reasons recorded in the civil applications, all the office objections could not be removed due to unavoidable circumstances set out in the civil applications.

No reply is filed by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the applicants undertakes to remove all office objections within two weeks from today. The undertaking is accepted.

In view of the undertaking by the learned Advocate and for the reasons recorded in the civil applications, the orders dated 28.01.2019 and 15.04.2019 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) are set aside on the condition that the applicants remove all office objections within two weeks from today. 6.
It is made clear that if the office objections are not removed within the stipulated period, the orders passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) would stand restored and the order passed by this Court today would stand re-called, without further reference to the Court.

Civil Applications stand disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
