This matter was on the board of this Court on 08-04-2025. In view of earlier orders passed in this application and on suggestion of the learned APP, this Court has called report from the concerned trial Judge as to approximately how much time he would require to commence and conclude the trial. Registry was directed to seek report and place before this Court. The said report dated 19-042025 is received. In the said report, learned trial Judge has given details of journey of the Sessions case and in the concluding paragraph has conveyed that six months time is required to dispose of the Sessions case. Precisely taking the same into consideration and that, trial will be getting concluded within six months period, this Court is not inclined to consider the bail application on merits as

{2} BA 476 OF 2025 trial is already commenced and efforts are underway to conclude trial within six months.

Therefore, with above observations, Bail Application is disposed of. However, if trial does not get concluded within six months from today, applicant is at liberty to move this Court afresh for grant of bail.
