2] It appears that the prayer made in this petition is innocuous inasmuch as it is the grievance of the petitioner that though a representation/ application filed by the petitioner, is pending with the Education Officer, Zilla Parishad, Beed praying therein for determination of seniority of the petitioner, the same is not decided.

2 13-wp3848-16.odt 3] We, therefore, direct respondent no.3 to take appropriate decision on the representation/ application filed by the petitioner keeping in view the relevant record, procedure and the rules, as expeditiously as possible however, within a period of eight weeks from today.
