Dated: February 08, 2018 PER COURT :- This Petition is filed with the following substantive prayers :- "C) The respondent No.2 and 4 may kindly be directed to consider the claim of the petitioner in the light of the Government circular within 3 months.

D) The respondent No.2 and 4 may kindly be directed to decide the pending claim of the petitioner in the light of the Government circulars in regards of rental compensation."

Though this Petition is pending for last about four years, no reply is filed by the Respondents. The conduct of the Respondents deserves to be disapproved in not filing reply though the notice is issued to them on 5th December, 2014. This Court in its order dated 5th December, 2014 has observed that, the claim is only for rental compensation, that too, for the period from 23.04.1992 to 10.07.2000. In that view of the matter, we direct Respondent Nos.2 to 4 to decide the aforementioned claim, if already not decided, and if the claim is found genuine, in that case, disburse the said amount forthwith to the petitioner. The entire exercise to be done as expeditiously as possible, and preferably on or before 23rd March, 2018.

With the above observations, the Petition stands disposed of. List for compliance of the aforesaid directions under Caption "For Compliance" on 26th March, 2018 first on Board.
