Present application has been filed by appellant-insurance company for getting the delay of 22 days condoned in filing first appeal. The insurance company intends to challenge the judgment and award passed by the learned reference Court.

The learned Advocate appearing for the respondent No.1 and learned Advocate for respondent No.2 has strong objection to allow the application on the ground that the reasons mentioned in the application are not sufficient and reasonable to condone the delay.
