Present civil application is filed for recall of the order dated 20th February, 2019 passed in Writ Petition No. 6373 of 2018. 2.

We have heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader for applicants and the learned counsel for the non applicant No. 1.

The reason is mentioned that the examination of 10th and 12th standards were scheduled from 21.02.2019 to 22.03.2019

2 ca 3722.19 and the applicant No. 2 being Education Officer has to supervise the said examinations in all over Jalna District. He has also tendered unconditional apology for not in a position to file the affidavit as directed by this Court and to remain present before the Court.

It appears that, subsequently affidavit has been filed by the Education Officer.

Considering the reasons given and the fact that unconditional apology has been tendered by the applicant No. 2, so also affidavit in reply is filed, we recall our order dated 20th February, 2019. The applicant No. 2 shall be dealt with sternly, if the applicant No. 2 fails to comply the orders of this Court in future.
