Admittedly, group of writ petitions including Writ Petition No.417/2017 filed by the respondent Bank, is dismissed by this Court vide order dated 30/04/2019. By these applications, applicant is seeking permission to withdraw the amount of arrears of dearness allowance deposited by the respondent Bank. Reliance SVH

2 CA-4319-23.odt is placed on the order dated 30/06/2022, passed by this Court in Civil Application No.6896/2022 and other connected matters, wherein similarly situated persons were permitted to withdraw dearness allowance deposited by the respondent Bank. 3.

Learned advocate for respondent Bank has no objection for withdrawal of the said amount by applicant. 4.

In that view of the matter, applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause 'A' and 'B'. Applicant shall submit bank details on affidavit before the Registrar (Judicial) within two weeks from today.
