Heard learned counsel for the parties. This petition has been moved for relaxation of condition imposed while granting bail to the petitioner herein. The condition sought to be relaxed is to the effect that the petitioner shall not leave the jurisdiction of Police Station, Udgir without prior permission of the concerned Court.

It is informed that, the petitioner is a medical practitioner and is, therefore, required to move out of the town on and often. It appears that, so far she has not breached any of the conditions of bail. In view of the same, the Criminal Writ Petition is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).
