Present writ petition is filed for directions to respondent No.1 to decide the proposal for premature release of petitioner which is pending from 01.04.2024 within the stipulated period.

Learned APP waives notice for all respondents and upon oral instructions from respondent No.1 submits that said proposal would be decided within a period of three months. The said statement is taken as undertaking.

We dispose of writ petition by giving directions to respondent No.1 to decide the proposal for premature release of petitioner within a period of three months from today.
