Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned APP for the respondents-State and Mr. M.A. Dond, learned advocate assisting the APP.

The applicants are apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No. 89/2025 dated 30.3.2025 registered with Shevgaon Police Station, Tq. Shevgaon, District Ahilyanagar for the offences punishable under sections 109(1), 115(2), 3(5), 351(2), 351(3), 352 of B.N.S., 2023. 3.
The learned counsel for the applicants, on instructions, seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the application of applicant No. 1 - Shekhar Ramesh Chaudhari. Leave is granted. Application of applicant No. 1 - Shekhar Ramesh Choudhari is dismissed as withdrawn.

As regards applicant No. 2 - Dipali Shekhar Chaudhari is concerned, she is a lady and the allegations against her is that she on instructions of the applicant No. 1 brought bottle of poison which was administered by the applicant No. 1 to the informant, who is uncle of applicant No. 1. 5.
Considering the alleged role of the applicant No. 2, there is possibility
that the role of applicant No. 2 may be exaggerated for her implication in this crime. Today, the informant is also present in the Court. The learned counsel for the informant, on instructions of informant submits that he has no objection to grant anticipatory bail to the applicant No. 2, who is mother of one and half years child.

Considering this aspect and the material on record, I deem it appropriate to grant relief of anticipatory bail in favour of the applicant No. 2.

In view of the above, the application of applicant No. 2 - Dipali Shekhar Chaudhari is allowed on the following terms :- i] In the event the applicant No. 2 is arrested in connection with Crime No. 89/2025 dated 30.3.2025 registered with Shevgaon Police Station, Tq. Shevgaon, District Ahilyanagar for the offences punishable under sections 109(1), 115(2), 3(5), 351(2), 351(3), 352 of B.N.S., 2023, she shall be released on bail on furnishing PR bond of Rs.20,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount. ii] The applicant shall attend the police station as and when required.
iii] The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence of the prosecution in any manner. She shall not influence the informant, witnesses and other persons concerned with the case. iv] The applicant shall co-operate with the investigation and also in the proceedings before the trial Court.

In the event, the applicant violates any of the conditions specified in this order, it shall be liable to be cancelled. 9.
It is also clarified that the observations made in this order are limited
to the disposal of the present anticipatory bail application and the trial Court shall proceed further in the matter without being influenced by the observations made hereinabove.

The application stands disposed of.
