Considering the material on record that has been already appreciated by this Court, the interim protection granted to the applicants in both these applications, vide order dated 11/12/2014 passed in Criminal Application No. 6533 of 2014 and order dated 15/11/2014 passed in Criminal Application No. 5820 of 2014, is hereby made absolute on the same terms and conditions, with liberty to apply before this Court for cancellation of the present order in case any fresh material comes to the notice against the present applicants in view of the order that may be passed in

Criminal Writ Petition No. 628 of 2015.
