The applicant seeks permission to bring on record the legal heirs of deceased Janardhan Bali Pawar, who died on 26.6.2015. 3.

It appears that the Reference Court passed the award in LAR No.754 of 2011 on 29.4.2015. After passing of the Award Janardhan-original claimant died.

The acquiring body has filed present appeal in the year 2019 alongwith delay condonation application and it has been registered in the year 2023.

Considering the submissions advanced and reasons as stated in the application, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause A and B. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks. CA stands disposed off.
