The learned Advocate representing respondent Nos. 1 and 2 submits that both the respondents have tendered an apology before the Court for having not complied with the directions set out in the judgment dated 26th November, 2021.

It is stated that the order would be complied with within six weeks and there would be no reason for the petitioner to be aggrieved.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the statement made on behalf of the respondents be recorded. 4.

As such, this petition is disposed off by recording the statement of both the respondents. The order at issue would be complied with on or before 20th August, 2022. 5.

The respondents are restrained from making any request for extension of time. The non-compliance of this order would amount to aggravated contempt by both the respondents and even if they may be transferred to any other place, they would be held responsible.
