The writ petitions are disposed of directing the respondents to examine the cases of each of these petitioners on their own merits, determine their eligibility/entitlement to derive the benefit under the aforementioned Government Resolution. The inquiry shall be concluded within three months. Depending upon the final outcome, if and to the extent the petitioners are found entitled to have the benefit, those shall be disbursed within two months thereafter.
