DATE: 6th April, 2018 PER COURT:- 1) The applicants seek to recall the order passed by the Registrar (Judicial), refusing registration of the petition on 13.2.2017, on account of failure to remove office objections.

2) Heard. For the reasons recorded in the application, application deserves to be allowed and the same is accordingly allowed. The order dated 13.2.2017, passed by the Registrar, is recalled and the petition stands restored to its original position. Delay occurred in presenting instant application is condoned. The applicants shall remove office objections within six weeks from today. In the event of failure to remove office objections within stipulated period, order passed today shall be deemed to have been recalled.

3) Civil application is disposed of.
