Although bailiff report is that respondents no. 1 to 4, 7 to 11 and 18 are not residing at given addresses, this civil application has been filed, stating that it is learnt that said respondents are siding on the addresses as have been given and and as such it has been requested to issue notice to them through registered post acknowledgment due. 3.

Having regard to the contents of civil application, it would be appropriate that notices be issued to respondents no. 1 to 4, 7 to 11 and 18 on the same addresses. In addition to court process, applicant to serve said respondent privately by any legally acceptable mode of service and file affidavit in respect of service.
