1] Perused the order passed by this Court. The Division Bench of this Court by order dated 24.7.2015 directed the respondents to consider the representation which would be tendered by the petitioner, in pursuance to the order of the court, within a period of four months from the date of tendering of such application. It does appear that the representation tendered by the petitioner on 26.8.2015 has been turned down by the APMC, by order dated 11.9.2015.

2] Since the order has been complied with, the contempt petition does not deserve any consideration. It would be open for the petitioner to challenge the adverse order issued against him. Contempt petition is disposed of.
