These applications are filed for withdrawal of remaining 25% amount of compensation.

2.

Learned advocate for acquiring body has vehemently opposed the applications contending that claimants have already withdrawn 75% amount of compensation and if the application is allowed, nothing would survive in the first appeals.

3.

For the reasons stated in the applications, the same are allowed.

4.

Applicants are permitted to withdraw remaining 25% compensation amount along with accrued interest thereon, on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial).
