We have heard Mr. Venjane, learned counsel for the petitioner.

The affidavit is filed by the Assistant Regional Director, Municipal Administration. The correction has been made and the petitioner is placed in the selection grade. The pay scale is also corrected and the decision with regard to the second ACPS benefit is directed to be taken in three months as per the affidavit. In view of that the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
