Heard both sides finally at the stage of admission.

Considering the exigency of the matter and finding that the present respondent No. 1 has already undertaken the exercise of organizing uras and as admittedly, his deceased father was hereditary mutawalli, the present civil revision application is disposed of without any order on merit, with a direction to the respondent No. 1 - Imran Shah Osman Shah that he shall deposit an amount of Rs. two lacs in the bank account of the wakf and the same shall not be withdrawn by the respondent No. 1 till the issue regarding his
cra34-2015 appointment as mutawalli is decided on merit. 3.
The true copy of the extract of the account showing the deposit of the amount of Rs. two lacs made in the bank by respondent No. 1 be filed with the present petitioner within a period of two weeks. 4.
The petitioner would be at liberty to exercise all the powers those are available under the law regarding the wakf.
5.
The present civil revision application is accordingly disposed of.
