The result of the petitioner's Third (2) M.B.B.S. Examination 2017 is withheld. The caste claim of the petitioner is invalidated. 3.

Certainly, the petitioner would not be entitled for any degree certificate unless and until his claim is validated and unless and until his claim is validated, he will not be entitled for benefit of M.B.B.S. Course.

As the petition is pending before this Court, we direct the respondents to declare the result of the petitioner's Third (2) M.B.B.S. Examination. However, it is made clear that until the further orders are passed, the degree certificate shall not be issued to the petitioner.
