Heard rival submissions.

The acquiring body has deposited only 75% amounts of the impugned awards.

The learned counsel for the respective applicants placed on record order dated 06/12/2022, whereby this court in other connected matters, has already permitted the applicants therein to withdraw 75% of the deposited amounts.

4.

In view of the same, the respective applicants herein are permitted to withdraw 75% of the deposited amounts of compensation alongwith the proportionate interest accrued thereon

2 933 ca 2335-23+ till date by furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this court.

The civil applications are accordingly disposed of. B) ORDER IN CIVIL APPLICATION NOS.14108 OF 2019, 14114 OF 2019 AND 14110 OF 2019 :

Since the appellant - acquiring body in all these applications, has deposited the amounts as directed by this court, the applications are made absolute in terms of prayer clause-A and disposed of accordingly.
