The applicant seeks to condone the delay of 1016 days caused in filing the appeal.

Perused the application. Apparently, delay is attributable to administrative exigencies. The applicant has not derived any advantage by making the delay. Averments in the application are not controverted by respondents. 4.

In that view of the matter, sufficient cause is made out. In the result, the application is allowed. Delay of 1016 days caused in filing the appeal is condoned. Civil application stands disposed off. Appeal be registered.
