The application is filed for extension of time to deposit the amount. The order was made on 29.3.2016 and the time of four weeks was given to deposit the amount of Rs. 25,000/- from the date of the order. The amount is not yet deposited. The learned counsel for applicants submits that today he will deposit amount of Rs. 15,000/- and time may be given to deposit remaining amount. Such request cannot be granted as such tactics are generally played to prolong the matter. So, the Civil Application No. 4033/2016 and application filed for depositing amount of Rs. 15,000/- are rejected. [ T.V. NALAWADE, J. ] ssc/
